Announce Mailing List

Occasionally there are planned/unplanned interruptions to the Onyx service, with this in mind is is important that we keep our customers informed of the status of the Onyx network.

In order to improve the service provided by Onyx we invite you to subscribe to the Onyx Announce mailing list. If you subscribe you will receive notice prior to any planned outages and explanation for any unplanned outages. If you are subscribing on behalf of a company it is probably a good idea to subscribe a minimum of two people in case one is not available.

This mailing list will only be used to inform customers of maintenance work and interruptions to the Onyx service, you will not receive sales information.

How to subscribe

Subscribe to Announce by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.

    You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription.     Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.

    If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options.
